Units in Umhlanga
NJR Durban supplied all the reinforcing steel and mesh for this multi-level residential build. Herrwood Skye is an apartment development situated on Herrwood Drive on Umhlanga Ridge.
Herrwood Skye was developed by Trapezoid Property Development, who have also developed One on Herrwood, Platinum Towers, IL Palazzo, The Quartz and Seasons Court.
Coastlands Hotel -
Musgrave
During 2007, the SNG group identified an area in Musgrave to develop upmarket residential apartments, however during the construction phase it was decided to adapt this building according to the requirements of a hotel, which then opened as a four star graded hotel in November 2009.
NJR Durban steel merchants supplied the Coastlands Hotel Musgrave project with the reinforcing steel and mesh for the construction of this impressive project.
