FLAT BAR MANUFACTURING OVERVIEW
NJR Steel manufactures and produces a broad range of premium steel bars with widths of 200 mm or less and thicknesses greater than 5 mm.
IN-HOUSE MANUFACTURING
Our premium mild steel flat bars are manufactured in-house, where we specialise in flat bar ranging from 12-100 mm in width, with thicknesses of 2 mm, 2,5 mm, 2,7 mm, and 3 mm, and a length of 6 m.
We also produce non-standard thicknesses up to and including 4,5 mm for all applications (including trellis doors, burglar proofing, grating, and engineering applications).
SLITTING & CUT-TO-LENGTH
We offer specialised slitting - up to 4,5 mm in thickness with widths ranging from 12-500 mm.
While our cut-to-length line can level widths up to 900 mm with thicknesses ranging from 2-12 mm, we can also accommodate your guillotine requirements by up to 16 mm.
