Following the acquisition of Staalbeer Steel Merchants, NJR Steel is now manufacturing and stocking these innovative lightweight steel roof trusses. Our truss designs conform to SANS 517 design principles and NHBRC specifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Additionally, trusses and battens are non-combustible, enhancing safety measures for your construction projects. By incorporating a roll-formed U-shaped Truss profile, we guarantee trusses that are not only incredibly strong but also remarkably lightweight. This innovative approach to construction ensures that our structures stand the test of time, withstanding even the harshest of environmental conditions.

The truss cords and webs feature a unique triple overlap (3 times material thickness) at load points, providing extra strength where it matters the most. Trusses are factory assembled using a 12mm hollow core rivet that is crimped in place, ensuring both structural integrity and dimensional accuracy.
