The closure of AMSA’s Long Products Division impacts local supply chains, but NJR Steel has proactively taken steps to mitigate any disruption. We have secured sufficient stock to meet customer needs for several months and are actively leveraging our international networks to source high-quality steel products from trusted global suppliers.


These actions ensure that we remain well-positioned to support our customers’ requirements, even in the face of these industry changes.

We recently wrapped up our NJR Made of Steel DIY Challenge, and we were absolutely blown away by the incredible creativity and craftsmanship that South Africans brought to the table.
